The CircuitMaster 4000M Precision Active Oscilloscope combines the power of digital waveform capture with 0.1% accurate DC voltage measurement. In addition, DC and AC stimulus allows broken tracks, incorrect component values and faulty devices to be quickly identified in ways not possible with standard instruments.
